In order to ensure that we are providing our tenants with quality service, you will be forwarded a Tenant Satisfaction Survey on an annual basis. This survey will ask you to give us a “grade” on the various services we perform for you. The survey is usually sent to you in the spring of each year and we would ask for your feedback so that we can continue to improve our services to you.
